The Baltimore Ravens finalized their final 53-man roster, and there were a few surprising along the way.
In what was the biggest training camp battle, the team elected to keep kicker Billy Cundiff and cut Shayne Graham.
The Ravens also cut loose backup quarterback Troy Smith, decided Joe Flacco and Marc Bulger would be fine.
By cutting Smith, it allowed the Ravens to keep another one of their younger players who otherwise would have been scooped up by someone else. (more…)

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Donte Stallworth will miss the next two months after breaking his foot.
Stallworth broke his foot while returning a punt during the first half of Saturday’s preseason contest.
The wideout initially didn’t think anything was wrong and actually remained in the game before coming out.
It’s a tough break for Stallworth, who was trying to fight for a starting job against incumbent Mark Clayton. (more…)
